in love with jesus

Jesus "is always able to save." —Hebrews 7:25

Pope John Paul II has taught that the Church "must speak increasingly of Jesus Christ" (Church In America, 67). May we "know nothing...except Jesus Christ, and Him crucified" (1 Cor 2:2). We must have our eyes fixed on Jesus, the Beginning and the End of our faith (Heb 12:2). May we never lose the love and excitement of proclaiming Jesus our Savior. Only Jesus "is always able to save those who approach God through Him, since He lives forever to make intercession for them" (Heb 7:25). Let us push toward Jesus to touch Him (Mk 3:10), for He is the great Healer and Deliverer (see Mk 3:10-11). Jesus is the uniquely begotten Son of God (Mk 3:11), that is, God Himself, the second Person of the Holy Trinity.

Jesus is "the Way and the Truth and the Life" (Jn 14:6). He is our Life (see Phil 1:21), our Hope, our only Hope, and the only Hope we need. Jesus is God, Who is Love (1 Jn 4:8, 16). He is the Love of our lives. Without Jesus, we can do nothing (Jn 15:5). With Jesus, nothing is impossible (Lk 1:37).

Love Jesus; trust Jesus; live for Jesus; witness for Jesus (Acts 1:8); worship Jesus always and forever.
